How long does it take to set up?
About 10 minutes. Once your NFC sign arrives you can be running by the end of the day. The platform itself is ready immediately, so you can configure everything while the sign is in transit.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Their loyalty card opens in the mobile browser when they tap your NFC sign. No app store, no password, no download.
What if a customer's phone doesn't support NFC?
Every iPhone since 2016 and every recent Android phone does. For anyone who can't tap, there's a QR code fallback on the same sign.
How much does the NFC sign cost?
Included. We express-post it to you free, and replace it free if it's ever damaged or lost.
Can I customise the loyalty card design?
Yes. Logo, colours, stamp icon, and reward text are all yours to set. Every customer sees a card that feels like it belongs to your café.
Can I change rewards or automations later?
Anytime. Changes take effect immediately across every customer's card.
What if I run more than one café?
Add multiple locations under one account. Each gets its own sign but shares your customer base. Group pricing available for multi-location cafés.
Do I need any other hardware?
